Home
Welcome to the award selection application. This platform is designed to provide you with a diverse range of products, each available at varying point values. The experience is structured to be enjoyable, efficient, and user-friendly. From the Home page, users can navigate through all sections of the award selection site and view current Hot Picks and Specials.

Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart functionality is straightforward. Upon discovering an item of interest, click the 'Add to Cart' button located on any item's detail page, just beneath the point information. Before finalizing your purchase, you have the opportunity to modify your selections.

• To adjust the quantity of a specific item, enter the desired number in the 'Qty' box.
• To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click the 'Remove' button located on the far left of the item listing.
• To clear all items from your cart and start anew, click the 'Empty Cart' button.
• Remember to press the 'Update' button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart to confirm any changes made.

If certain items are no longer available from the manufacturer, merchandise of equal or greater value may be substituted. When you have completed your selections and are ready to proceed to checkout, click the 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

Order History
The Order History page allows you to review past orders. Here, you will find a list comprising order numbers, order dates, and total points expended. To access details of a specific order, simply click on the corresponding order number.

If you have any inquiries or would like to provide feedback, please select 'Contact Us' to send an email. Kindly include the name of the award program you are participating in and your username at help@eliterewards.biz.

Logout
Once you have completed your session, please ensure that you log out by clicking on 'Exit Shop'. We hope you found your award selection experience satisfactory!

Search
You can search for products by brand, category, or keyword/phrase. Enter your query in the freeform typing area on the left side of the screen, or choose 'Advanced Search' for additional options. The Advanced Search allows filtering by Brand Name, Description, and/or Point Value. Utilizing multiple fields will yield more precise results.

On the left side of the screen, navigation by award categories (such as Electronics or Housewares) and sub-categories (like Cameras or Cookware) is available. Featured Brands with award items under these categories can also be accessed through this navigation option.

Your Account
Each time you log in, personal information will display on the right side of the screen. This section shows your current point balance available for spending as well as your Shopping Cart total for that session. Please note that your point balance will not update until checkout; if you attempt to exceed your available points during checkout, an alert will be issued.

The Wish List feature serves as a helpful motivator for future purchases. By clicking on the 'Add to Wish List' button, you can save items that you'd like to order once sufficient points have been accumulated. Each time you log in, your Wish List will update to reflect products of interest as points are earned. It will highlight items eligible for purchase today and those requiring further points accumulation. Please be aware that only five items may be stored in your Wish List at any time; use the 'Remove' button to delete any unwanted items. Note that if a product becomes discontinued or unavailable, it will automatically be removed from your Wish List.
